Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Sr. Digital Manager to own the strategy, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based sales enablement solutions within Global Banking & Markets.

You will lead a cross-functional Agile team to deliver CRM capabilities that improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes. You will partner with business, digital, and technology teams to define priorities, build business cases, manage delivery, and ensure timely deployment within scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading medium-to-large digital, CRM, or Salesforce initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Proven experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience building partnerships across business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints.
• Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions.
• Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level.
• Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles.
• Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes.
• Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features.
• Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle.
