Job summary

BD is seeking a Sr. Software Engineering Manager, Salesforce to lead and inspire teams focused on Salesforce platforms. You will guide a team delivering solutions across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Health Cloud to enable customer-centric decisions at speed.

The role requires strong agile leadership, collaboration with business units, and a focus on secure, scalable architecture within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading teams and/or managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and administrators to deliver Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes built on Salesforce and MuleSoft.
• Architect and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce technologies with strong design and performance.
• Drive agile development with Jira and manage requirements, backlog and testing.
