Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Systems Team member focused on Salesforce administration within a large Agile program using Salesforce Cloud and nCino. You will support development and production activities while collaborating with developers, analysts, testers, and architects across the stack.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and nCino platforms in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
• Experience with source control management systems and CI/CD environments.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, testers, product owners and architects to plan and deliver Salesforce/nCino solutions.
• Support infrastructure including Mulesoft, Informatica, Oracle, and related tooling.
• Code solutions and perform unit tests to meet acceptance criteria and compliance.
