Job summary

Bank of America seeks an experienced specialist to design, implement, and support email campaign configurations across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, code HTML, and ensure successful production deployments.

Responsibilities include refining templates, leading data dictionary updates, and delivering large-scale projects within an agile SDLC, while collaborating with technical partners and maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Experience with email campaign configuration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience configuring Salesforce campaigns, HTML, testing, and deployments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of configuration requests across multiple platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
• Ability to lead refinement of configuration requirements and production deployment.
• Translating business requirements into content configurations and code.
• Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying complex solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience editing HTML and coding tables in HTML with nested structures.
• Understanding of XML structures.
• Prior email or web development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support email campaign configuration and operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Messagepoint, and Data Dictionary Management.
• Handle email configuration requests, including business requirements, HTML coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide Messagepoint configuration support, refine templates, and deploy large-scale projects following agile SDLC.
• Coordinate and maintain the Data Dictionary for the Universal Schema, adding new variables to data schemas.
