Bank of America is seeking a Sr. Digital Manager to drive strategy, development, and delivery of Salesforce‑based sales enablement solutions within Global Banking & Markets.

Lead a cross‑functional Agile team to deliver CRM capabilities that improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes. The role partners with business, digital, and technology teams to define priorities, build business cases, manage delivery, and ensure on‑time deployment within scope.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers world‑class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints.
• Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go‑to‑market and a healthy performance for the bank’s digital solutions.
• Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level.
• Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles.
• Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes.
• Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features.
• Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle.

This job is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go‑to‑market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

The Sr. Digital Manager, is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of Salesforce‑based sales enablement solutions & strategic initiatives. This role leads a cross‑functional Agile team to deliver CRM capabilities that improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes across the Global Banking & Markets organizations. The successful candidate will partner closely with business, digital, and technology teams to define priorities, build business cases, manage delivery, and ensure solutions are deployed efficiently and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Global Banking, Markets or financial services experience preferred.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$116,100.00 - $161,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
