Job summary

Mascoma Bank is seeking a Salesforce Product, Delivery & Support Lead to guide the Salesforce platform with a blend of strategy, technical leadership, and team development. You’ll partner with Product, stakeholders, and engineering to deliver high‑value solutions and exceptional user experiences.

You will mentor a Salesforce team, shape platform architecture, and drive DevOps practices, with a focus on scalability, security, and delivery excellence within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical lead, senior lead, or people leadership role.
• 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Visualforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to define Salesforce vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and success metrics.
• Own Salesforce platform architecture and DevOps practices.
• Mentor administrators and developers; foster accountability and collaboration.
