Job summary

Twin Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, GTM, to design, develop, and deploy advanced Salesforce solutions in a fully remote US role. You will drive integration projects, implement REST APIs, and optimize Sales Cloud while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of Salesforce experience, strong APEX/LWC skills, and proven CI/CD capabilities. This remote US role requires work authorization and sponsorship readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in APEX (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience designing and implementing REST API integrations with third-party platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including data sync, lifecycle stage mapping, and field-level configuration.
• Practical experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce for sales engagement tracking and reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Bitbucket and Git-based version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers; administer and maintain the Salesforce org for stability and performance.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts and Campaigns.
• Design and implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (Gong, HubSpot, Salesloft).
• Manage and optimize the Salesforce–HubSpot bi-directional data sync.
• Integrate Salesloft with Salesforce for activity capture, sequence management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, validation, and testing of Salesforce metadata across sandbox and production environments.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, surface pain points, and drive consensus on solutions.
• Lead design sessions and produce data flow diagrams and integration specs.
• Ensure data governance, security model, and compliance best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning within an Agile team.
• Other duties as assigned.
