Oncourse Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to implement AI-driven solutions within Salesforce. You will collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable code, while supporting hybrid or remote work as needed.

Qualified applicants have 5+ years in Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, and strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong skills in Apex classes, controllers, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience configuring declarative tools (Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, approvals).
• Extensive experience with platform events and API/middleware integrations.
• 3+ years designing AI-driven solutions using Einstein, Einstein GPT, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Design data models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security architecture.
• Create dynamic UI using LWC with advanced JavaScript ES6+.
• Implement AI-driven solutions using Einstein and Data Cloud.
• Integrate external AI/ML services via REST APIs and build prompt-driven Flows.
• Build AI-powered automation for lead scoring, classification, and forecasting.
• Ensure real-time AI inference via Platform Events and asynchronous processing.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Copado.
