Cross Country Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing Salesforce practice. This role involves designing and building tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, enabling improved operations for clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce development experience and be capable of both independent and collaborative work.

The position requires strong coding skills, including expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Create complex automations and workflows to support client-specific needs.
• Build and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and demonstration of developed solutions.
