Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to partner with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and others to optimize the Salesforce CRM environment.

You will translate business needs into scalable system enhancements and lead projects with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate combines CRM admin expertise with strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with a Master’s).
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce administrator across Sales, Ops, and Customer Service.
• Gather requirements, translate to functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement scalable CRM solutions.
• Lead requirements reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
• Drive CRM governance, security, and change management processes.
