Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with cloud-based CRM platforms
- Experience supporting Salesforce-based CRM platforms in commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system capabilities and user-focused solutions
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, service, and operations
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Inventory to translate needs into scalable system capabilities
- Lead analysis and solution design across Salesforce and related platforms
- Support lead, account, opportunity, and quote management workflows
- Enhance territory management, data access, and reporting structures for sales
- Support Field Inventory Management workflows and ERP integrations
- Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with admins, developers, QA, and stakeholders on end-to-end delivery
- Assist Salesforce administration and configuration activities as needed
- Identify opportunities to use Salesforce Flow and automation
- Contribute to dashboards and analytics for sales performance
- Evaluate data flows, integrations, and system interfaces across platforms
- Lead workshops and document decisions, risks, items, and next steps
- Write test strategies and support UAT and regression testing
- Communicate clearly with business and technical teams
- Provide day-to-day operation support for GTM platforms
