We're looking for a business-focused Salesforce Business Analyst to help drive process improvements, user adoption, and platform optimization across the organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units, ensuring Salesforce supports the needs of over 200 users while delivering actionable reporting, streamlined workflows, and well-documented business processes.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who understands Salesforce inside and out, can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and thrives in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple business units.
• Map, document, and improve business processes supporting 200+ users.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPIs that drive decision-making.
• Write user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help prioritize enhancements and ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
• Support user training, adoption, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Work alongside Salesforce administrators and developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of Salesforce experience in a Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce.
• Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development concepts, but this is not a development-heavy role.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments, including biweekly sprint cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Background in process improvement, CRM optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
