Job summary

Provisions Group is seeking a Salesforce Analyst/Admin to join the Salesforce/IT team in Plano, TX. You will manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, data quality, reporting, and automation, with a strong focus on marketing and lead generation initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support FSC where applicable and drive process improvements across Salesforce-driven marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Analyst, or in a similar Salesforce-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce users, permissions, fields, objects, reports, dashboards, workflows, and Flow.
  • Experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues and supporting end users.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permissions, data integrity, and system configuration.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to reports, fields, workflows, Flow, permissions, and other Salesforce functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and overall Salesforce adoption.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new Salesforce features, enhancements, and platform updates.
  • Take primary ownership of Marketing-related Salesforce requests, partnering with Marketing and other business stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions.
  • Support the systems and processes that enable lead generation, lead management, marketing communications, and campaign-related activities.
  • Help administer and troubleshoot Salesforce-integrated marketing tools, including MassMailer, FormAssembly, LeanData/Book It, SmartAsset, Birdeye, and other connected applications.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, lead routing, data capture, and overall process efficiency.
  • Help evaluate and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual work.

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst/Admin to join our Salesforce/IT team and help manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for day-to-day Salesforce administration, troubleshooting, data quality, reporting, automation, and system improvements, with a strong focus on the systems and processes that support Marketing and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Salesforce administration and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business processes, and user needs. Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is preferred, along with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, our Salesforce team, and external consulting partners.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage core Salesforce functionality while also taking ownership of Marketing-related Salesforce requests and the applications that integrate with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Validate and reconcile data between Salesforce and connected applications.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business and Marketing needs.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improving data quality and reporting capabilities.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes through automation, configuration, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with the internal Salesforce/IT team and external consulting partners on enhancements, projects, and system improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Help document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay current on Salesforce functionality and recommend new features or approaches that could benefit the organization.
Qualifications

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Experience supporting Marketing and lead-generation processes within Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce-integrated marketing or lead-management platforms.
  • Familiarity with OmniStudio.
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce Analytics for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus, although it is not currently part of the organization's active marketing technology stack.
  • Experience working with Salesforce consulting partners or implementation teams.
