Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6–8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or CRM administration.
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM environments and implementing process improvements.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between business users and Salesforce developers/technical resources.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user onboarding, security, data quality, and governance.
• Analyze current processes, capture requirements, and translate into functional specs and user stories.
• Lead or participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage enhancements from intake to deployment and coordinate UAT and testing.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
