Job summary

Insight Global in the Akron area is seeking a Business Analyst to design, implement, and drive adoption of a standardized sales process within Salesforce. You will partner with sales, marketing, compliance, operations, and technology teams to improve how prospect and client activity is managed across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of business analysis experience, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM processes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years supporting Salesforce CRM initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable processes and system requirements.
• Knowledge of lead management and CRM processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes and define standardized future-state workflows within Salesforce.
• Establish consistent processes for managing prospects through Lead, Opportunity, and relationships.
• Identify gaps with stakeholders and recommend improvements.
• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Create process maps, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Translate sales methodologies into measurable CRM requirements, dashboards, and reporting.
• Define KPIs such as stage adherence and time-in-stage.
• Develop methods to track missed or skipped sales milestones.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
• Create and execute test plans and support UAT.
• Validate system enhancements prior to deployment.
• Support releases, adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
