Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Salesforce Senior Solutions Architect - Field Service role based in the United States. You will shape Field Service solutions across scheduling, asset management, and technician experience, guiding projects from discovery to adoption in a remote setting.

You will work with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into scalable technology, ensuring secure, maintainable, and high‑performing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification or equivalent hands‑on expertise.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience implementing Salesforce Field Service for complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform: configuration, security, data, reporting, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand service processes, pain points, priorities and success metrics.
• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce Field Service solutions including scheduling, inventory, and contractor UX.
• Translate business needs into architectures, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Advise clients on configuration decisions balancing short‑term needs with long‑term scalability.
• Guide integrations between Salesforce Field Service and CRM/ERP/inventory/billing systems.
• Provide architectural guidance on security, data migration, reporting, automation, and performance.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and issue triage, and facilitate business signoff.
• Oversee deployment, change management, training, and post‑launch optimization.
• Collaborate with distributed Agile teams and stakeholders at various levels.
