Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and improve user experience, collaborating with internal teams, partners, and vendors across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Flow automation, configuration, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including complex Flows, layouts, objects, and dashboards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with strong UX.
• Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and OWDs.
• Support integrations with third-party apps like Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, and Apsona.
• Collaborate with partners/vendors to implement cross-platform functionality.
• Develop test plans, manage sandboxes, and enforce change management.
