Job summary

Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer to act as a strategic partner across Accounting, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will administer, customize, and optimize NetSuite and other financial systems, driving operational excellence within the finance technology stack.

You will lead end-to-end technical solutions, automation initiatives, and cross-functional design improvements while mentoring junior staff and ensuring governance and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years of NetSuite development and architecture.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
• SOX/compliance knowledge for IT controls.
• SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder expertise.
• JavaScript, JSON, XML; HTML/CSS for templates.
• Relational databases and SuiteQL expertise.
• NetSuite ERP/CRM/OneWorld understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and support end-to-end technical solutions for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Optimization, and more.
• Lead automation initiatives using AI, reporting, and system improvements; evaluate and implement new features and integrations.
• Analyze and redesign legacy integrations and workflows to improve performance and user experience.
• Hands-on development: build, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript 2.x).
• Lead NetSuite integrations with 3rd party platforms via REST APIs (Salesforce, Shopify, Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Perform regular system audits to optimize script performance and governance.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, code reviews, and mentorship.
