Job summary

CITI Program is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment and integrations. You will drive data quality, automate processes with Agentforce AI, and align technology with business goals across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

In addition to maintaining dashboards and reports, you will partner with IT and vendors to enhance LMS integrations and CRM workflows, train end-users, and champion CRM best practices across marketing and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience with CRM integrations and platform optimization.
• Experience with Data Management and eliminating data silos.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, BA, Advanced Administrator).
• Knowledge of API integrations and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce ecosystem and related platforms.
• Oversee integrations with RingCentral, Nice InContact, Gravity Forms, Campaign Monitor, NetSuite, LMS.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Document workflows, configurations, and processes for training.
• Provide end-user training and resolve CRM issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements across teams.
