Job summary

Cytek Biosciences in Fremont, CA seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst, CRM (Salesforce) to lead the Salesforce CRM and connected enterprise apps. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations to translate business needs into functional capabilities, improve data quality and user adoption, and optimize licenses for value across Salesforce, NetSuite and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/IT
• 7+ years as a business systems analyst for cloud CRM in commercial environments
• Strong Salesforce Admin/Sales Cloud knowledge and data model understanding
• Experience with ERP/CPQ integrations, analytics and customer data
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and user story skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools
• Salesforce Admin cert and Scrum/Agile/PMP are a plus
• Experience with NetSuite, Boomi or similar integration platforms a plus
• SQL query writing and Power BI reporting experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce CRM as business and functional owner; define roadmap and priorities
• Gather and document business requirements, rules, and acceptance criteria
• Lead current and future state analyses of CRM processes (lead to order, quote to cash)
• Review license usage and make license optimization recommendations
• Support Salesforce vendor activities, renewals, and pricing inputs with IT/Finance
• Configure Salesforce pages, objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Flow
• Define and support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and data warehouse
• Maintain data quality and governance in Salesforce; manage access and security
• Build and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reporting in Salesforce/Power BI
• Plan user training and adoption programs; evaluate AI-enabled workflows
