Job summary

Cytek Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer to partner with Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will lead NetSuite administration, customization, and optimization across multiple process areas to drive operational excellence.

You will build and deploy SuiteScript 2.x customizations, lead integrations with Salesforce, Shopify, Boomi, and MuleSoft, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining SOX-compliant controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of NetSuite development and architecture experience.
• Recent experience with SuiteScript custom development.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Experience with SOX compliance and IT controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and support scalable NetSuite solutions across O2C, P2P, and inventory.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI and enhanced reporting.
• Partner with accounting, finance, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x customizations.
• Lead NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, Shopify, Boomi, and MuleSoft.
• Audit system performance and governance to optimize scripts.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentorship.
