CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to oversee complex Salesforce projects and act as the client counterpart. You will guide project teams, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders across remote environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
- Experience managing Salesforce projects and teams remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce projects to deliver on time and with high quality.
- Forecast time, utilization, and revenue accurately.
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation actions to remove blockers.
- Oversee project financials, scope, and timelines; prepare status reports.
- Facilitate client meetings to determine requirements.
- Break down projects into tasks and assign resources.
- Grow direct reports and mentor team.
