Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience with business processes and capturing requirements.
• 3+ years of experience writing and capturing user stories.
• Experience in system engineering or software applications environments.
• Experience with custom Salesforce solutions and Service Cloud / Experience Cloud.
• Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in Scrum or SAFe Agile environments.

• Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes.
• Ensure user stories include validation criteria for testing.
• Break down roadmaps into epics and decompose into user stories.
• Verify requirements with customers and service providers.
• Document functional, nonfunctional, and operational requirements.
• Provide technical review and validation of requirements.
• Develop training materials and support the project team during implementation.
• Research and improve requirements gathering processes.
• Mentor other Business Analysts.
• Demonstrate a consultant mindset daily to drive outcomes.
