Compensation: $108,000 to $113,000 salary, health/dental benefits, 401k, PTO, etc.

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst supporting CMS, you will be trusted to work hand-in-hand with our CMS customer collecting business requirements and system documentation supporting business and IT activities supporting Marketplace initiatives.
Our work depends on a Salesforce Business Analyst joining our team to support Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Analyze, document and communicate system and business processes
- Ensuring that user stories include validation criteria which reasonably cover all areas necessary for complete testing of the new functionality
- Breaking down roadmaps into epics and decomposing epics into user stories
- Verifying completion of requirements with customer and service providers, ensuring expectations are appropriately met
- Listing out risks and constraints in relation to identified requirements
- Documenting functional, nonfunctional, and operational requirements specifications
- Providing technical review and validation of requirements as necessary
- Documenting workflows and processes based on business requirements
- Supporting the collection and reporting of requirements related metrics
- Providing additional support and guidance to the project team during the implementation phase, to include development of training resources
- Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
- May coach and mentor other Business Analysts.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience working with business processes, re‑engineering, and capturing requirements
- 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
- 3+ or more years of business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
- Experience working with custom Salesforce solutions
- In depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC, and Aura
- Experience using JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence
- Proficient using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of custom coded Salesforce vernacular and processes
- Experience working in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
- Ability to understand and document customer business requirements.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Preferred: Possess Valid Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst (preferred), Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant – Salesforce certification will be verified on Trailhead
