The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and Scrum teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You will gather requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and help manage backlogs and Agile ceremonies to drive process improvements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories and backlog management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA, PO) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.
- Drive Salesforce process improvements and automation initiatives.
