Job summary

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and Scrum teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BA experience with Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA/PO).
