CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Salesforce practice, delivering tailored solutions from discovery through deployment. You will lead client engagements, translate complex business needs into user stories, and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of Salesforce consulting experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to liaise between developers and business teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services environment.
• Ability to independently drive client-facing meetings with minimal oversight.
• Strong client management and relationship development skills.
• Excellent liaison between developers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead discovery sessions, workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder interviews.
• Build and manage client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Act as liaison between developers, Salesforce configurators, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply user-centric requirements gathering, QA support, and training activities.
• Prioritize product backlog and refine acceptance criteria with technical teams.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to client-facing deliverables.
• Evaluate risks and issues, guiding proactive resolution.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in line with policy.
