CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Salesforce practice. You will work with clients to understand goals, document requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional specs.

You will collaborate with configurators, developers, and PMs to ensure successful delivery while prioritizing the product backlog and maintaining strong communication. The role emphasizes collaboration, client-facing responsibilities, and a focus on applying AI-enabled

Qualifications

3–5 years of Salesforce consulting or professional services experience.
Experience translating business needs into user stories and functional specs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand goals and translate them into user stories and specifications.
Support discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
Collaborate with Salesforce configurators, developers, and PMs to ensure requirements are delivered.
Analyze business processes and break them into actionable requirements across the lifecycle.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and refine acceptance criteria.
Support system integrations and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and tech teams.
Develop client-facing deliverables such as process docs and training materials.
Identify risks and issues and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
Contribute to AI-enabled solutions in alignment with firm policies and data protection.
