Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge proposed solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, automation, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to write and interpret SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of validation rules, Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Translate requests into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and actionable work items.
