Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced business analyst to drive complex requirements and design across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Data Cloud, and streamline Slack workflows while shaping real-time Tableau insights for operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business analysis, 3+ years in Salesforce, and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Tableau in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Business Admin (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.
5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis, with 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack integration, and Tableau analytics familiarity preferred.
CBAP/PMI-PBA or Salesforce BA/Administrator certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and design sessions across business units.
Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Modernize enterprise reporting with Tableau and Tableau Pulse, plus Slack workflows integration.
