Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and design across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and Tableau, optimizing Lead-to-Cash and analytics workflows.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, deliver UIs and specs, mentor analysts, and help govern releases while advancing enterprise reporting. This is a remote US opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience; 3+ years in Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack, Tableau analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design business processes across units.
• Write user stories, specs, diagrams, and UX wireframes for diverse audiences.
• Define solution architectures for Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud and Tableau.
• Collaborate with dev/QA; perform UAT and sign-offs.
• Mentor junior analysts and support governance and releases.
