Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and streamline Slack workflows while shaping real-time Tableau insights for operations.

You will design solutions for Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, and mentor junior analysts in an enterprise manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years driving projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross-functional business units.
• Author user stories, functional specs, process diagrams, and UX wireframes for audiences including offshore developers and C‑Suite executives.
• Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Modernize enterprise reporting with Tableau and integrated Slack workflows.
