Job summary
GAF seeks a skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and streamline Slack/Tableau integrations to deliver real-time insights for operations.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Business Analysis, 3+ years in Salesforce, and familiarity with Data Cloud, Slack, Tableau, and CI/CD tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/computing/business administration.
- 5+ years in Business Analysis with 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design across units.
- Author user stories, specs, swim-lane diagrams, and UX wireframes for varied audiences.
- Define solution architectures across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
- Modernize reporting with Tableau and integrated Slack workflows.
- Evaluate declarative vs. custom configurations in Salesforce Flow Builder.
