Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency with Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA with 5+ years on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience leading and delivering multiple enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Ability to manage a delivery team and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery, document requirements and scope for Salesforce projects.
• Coordinate resourcing with Practice Directors to meet project needs.
• Capture business needs and define requirements and business processes.
• Fully solution scopes of work to meet business needs and ensure alignment.
• Oversee project delivery, architecture, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Lead client meetings, provide ongoing status updates and final QA.
