Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for enterprise clients. Engage directly with customers to understand needs, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative real-world outcomes.

You will lead project implementation, oversee architecture, and guide teams while collaborating with directors and analysts. Travel up to 20% and contribute to strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and at least 5+ years on Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience leading multiple enterprise strategic projects end-to-end.
• Experience consulting to senior leaders of enterprise organizations.
• Detail-oriented, able to log time daily and manage a delivery team.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of an org.
• Ability to log time daily for client and project reporting needs.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 20%.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to generate a Scope of Work.
• Resourcing sold Scopes of Work with Practice Directors.
• Capture business needs and define requirements and processes.
• Fully solution scopes of work meeting business needs in a cohesive manner.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with the team.
• Facilitate project introductions, kickoff meetings, and weekly client status meetings.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training for clientele as needed.
• Develop a roadmap of new initiatives for discussion with clients.
• Share accountability for project success end-to-end with the delivery team.
