Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce core products and multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of an organization.
• Ability to lead and own multiple enterprise projects from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery and document requirements to generate scope of work.
• Coordinate with Practice Directors for resourcing and project planning.
• Capture business needs and design cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Oversee architectural design and project delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate kickoff, weekly status meetings, and client communications.
• Provide final QA of all completed work and user training when needed.
