Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients across the United States. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, architect solutions, manage a delivery team, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scopes of work.

You will engage directly with clients, provide consultative guidance on best practices, and oversee pre-sales activities, timelines, and QA.

Qualifications

Salesforce certification or MBA required with 5+ years on the Salesforce platform.
Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience advising senior leaders in enterprise organizations.
Detail-oriented, self-starter with ability to lead a delivery team.
Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to generate a Scope of Work.
Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with the delivery team.
Collaborate with Practice Directors and stakeholders to capture business needs.
Fully solution scopes of work that meet business needs clearly and cohesively.
Facilitate client meetings, timelines, and weekly status updates.
Provide final QA of all completed work and client training as needed.
Help identify and roadmap new initiatives for ongoing engagement.
Ensure end-to-end project success with the delivery team.
