Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect/Senior Engineer to design and deliver multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on SFMC, Data Cloud, and seamless integrations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

You will lead a hybrid team, guide architecture decisions, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance implementations aligned with enterprise goals. A strong Salesforce background and relevant certifications are essential.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, Architect or Senior Engineer level preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with SFMC components: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
Experience with Data Cloud / Data 360 data ingestion, mapping, unification and activation.
Cross-Cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong SQL logic, data flow design, and advanced audience segmentation.
Familiarity with Agentforce and AI marketing capabilities.
Salesforce Certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer / Data Cloud Consultant) preferred.

Responsibilities

Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards, focusing on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations linking Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, identity resolution and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE).
Provide solution architecture guidance to projects in line with Sales, Service and Marketing strategy.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Provide technical leadership to a hybrid onshore/offshore team of contractors and FTEs.
Conduct code/design reviews (AMPScript, SQL, Automation Studio) and promote best practices.
