Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead cross-cloud initiatives across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud environments. You will design scalable solutions, oversee data orchestration in Data Cloud, and guide a hybrid team of onshore and offshore developers.

The role emphasizes architecture design, API integrations, and ensuring security and performance in enterprise-scale implementations.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, ideally in architect or senior engineer roles.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) skills: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360: ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
Cross-Cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
SQL logic, data flow design, and complex audience segmentation.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and real-time segmentation to build unified customer profiles.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Provide technical leadership to hybrid onshore/offshore teams and ensure quality reviews.
