Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Application Development & Maintenance architect to design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. The role focuses on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations to enable unified customer journeys.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with enterprise architects and marketing stakeholders, and guide a hybrid team of onshore/offshore resources while ensuring security and performance best practices.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience (Architect, Senior Engineer or similar).
• SFMC - Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Data Cloud / Data 360 - ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
• Cross-Cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end multi-cloud implementation across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
