Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Application Development & Maintenance architect to lead Salesforce-based multi-cloud solutions. You will drive end-to-end design across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, build Data Cloud pipelines, and enable unified customer journeys.

Responsibilities include technical leadership, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring scalable, secure solutions. Salesforce certifications and strong AMPScript/SQL skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem in Architect/Senior Engineer role or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, and Contact Builder.
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 - ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards with focus on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
• Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations bridging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, MFT).
• Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams and ensure quality through code/design reviews.
