Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve efficiency, and drive user adoption. You should have 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience and deep expertise with flows, security, and GTM tech integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing).
Experience supporting GTM business processes (Sales, Marketing, CS, Revenue Ops).
Hands-on experience with GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
Experience with Salesforce-Okta integrations, including SSO and user lifecycle management.
SOX-controlled environment experience.
M&A system integration exposure.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce administration, optimization, and scalability for GTM ops.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
Drive user adoption and operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Ops.
