Job summary

PDW is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce environment and broader GTM systems landscape. You will own complex administration, architecture decisions, and automation while collaborating with Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales leadership, Finance, IT, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Salesforce Administrator certification, and experience with Gov Cloud security, SSO/Okta, and integrations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in production environments.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Ability to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, not just configure.
• Experience with Salesforce security, sharing, permission architecture, Flow, reporting, data management, and release management.
• Experience coordinating work across Salesforce, IT, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical owner for Salesforce administration, architecture, and platform health.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce designs considering object model, security, and integrations.
• Design, build, review, and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Own and evolve the Salesforce data model across standard and custom objects and related processes.
• Administer Salesforce security using roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Partner with IT on Gov Cloud security, SSO/Okta, MFA, certificate management, and API access.
• Lead integrations with NetSuite, Boomi, HubSpot, Jira, and other GTM apps.
• Support and improve quoting, opportunities, pipeline forecasting, orders, and related workflows.
• Develop reliable reporting and dashboard architecture; protect data dependencies used by forecasting tools.
• Mentor junior admins, review solutions, and prevent technical debt.
• Create admin runbooks, end-user guidance, and knowledge transfer materials.
