Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will design Salesforce solutions, support workshops, and guide AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud for measurable client outcomes.

You will mentor consultants, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure security, privacy, and governance throughout design and deployment. This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on delivery in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience including hands-on configuration.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into designs across Salesforce products and integrations.
• Draft prompts, rules, and escalation paths to ensure reliability and usability.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers and clients.
