Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You’ll shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

You’ll work with agents and data clouds, mentor teams, and contribute to Agile ceremonies while ensuring governance and secure architectures. This role supports global clients within EY’s Studio+ practice, with a hybrid in-person/remote work pattern across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design in teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design or process workshops with clients.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into designs across Salesforce products, data models, and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud features.
• Draft and test prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, flows, user stories, and integration notes.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Work with developers and architects on specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, and UAT readiness.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communication.
