Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to shape and deliver AI-enabled Salesforce solutions. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, supporting workshops, shaping user journeys, and guiding teams through discovery, design, and deployment.

You will apply AI fluency, Grounding, and responsible AI practices while coordinating with delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and adoption-ready outcomes. Hybrid, national travel in the US may be expected.

Qualifications

• A four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities in teams of 5+.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, relational databases, and Agile methods.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) encouraged.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs covering data models, integrations, and security.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud capabilities.
• Draft and iterate prompt instructions, agent rules, grounding, and escalation paths.
• Produce clear solution docs, flows, user stories, and implementation handoffs.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities, including data readiness and integration complexity.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and promote client-ready designs.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and solution design.
