Job summary

Pentair in Golden Valley, MN seeks a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to drive adoption and optimization of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.

You will partner with executives, product owners and developers to translate business objectives into roadmaps, define requirements, and measure impact of system enhancements in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
7+ years of Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Product Owner, or related experience supporting enterprise applications.
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Experience supporting one or more Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud).
Salesforce Certification (Business Analyst) and Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor and primary technology partner for Flow business stakeholders.
Translate business objectives into Salesforce roadmaps, initiatives, and requirements.
Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Define KPIs, reporting requirements, dashboards, and analytics.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams to design scalable solutions.
