Job summary

Distalmotion is seeking a Sr. Commercial Systems Analyst to lead the global CRM and analytics strategy. You will own Salesforce, CPQ, Trackwise, and BI tooling, delivering scalable data models and executive dashboards to drive global growth.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, implement end-to-end processes, and train users worldwide on reporting and CRM capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CRM/BI experience in a regulated MedTech or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tool configurations and data architecture.
• Design dashboards and reports for leadership with a user-centric UX.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain on go-to-market analytics.
• Lead end-to-end CRM rollout and training across regions.
