Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to support a large Salesforce implementation in Minnesota. The role emphasizes manual testing, business-process validation, and proactive defect discovery throughout the development lifecycle. 12-month contract with potential extension.

You will work with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements, and you’ll focus on Field Service and supply chain related processes, including parts and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manual testing across Salesforce applications and business processes.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Participate early in the development lifecycle to understand requirements and identify potential quality concerns.
• Validate that Salesforce solutions meet both documented requirements and the intended business process.
• Perform exploratory and investigative testing to identify defects, edge cases, and unexpected system behavior.
• Document, communicate, and track defects through resolution.
• Partner closely with systems analysts, developers, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
• Challenge requirements or solutions when functionality does not align with the underlying business need.
• Develop manual test cases with future automation in mind and collaborate with automation resources as the QA practice evolves.
• Support traceability and testing requirements within a regulated environment.
