Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7+ years of Business Analyst/CRM Analyst experience supporting enterprise apps.
5+ years Salesforce platform experience.
Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales/Marketing/Service/Field/Manufacturing Cloud).
Experience leading requirements gathering and business process analysis in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor for pool business stakeholders and technology partner.
Translate business objectives into Salesforce roadmaps, initiatives, and requirements.
Drive adoption, governance, and alignment with Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.
Lead discovery workshops and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to design scalable solutions.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
